**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate and plan events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and financial tracking.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical duties.
- Maintain organization of documents and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Perform proofreading and transcription tasks to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative functions.
- Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns to promote construction projects, services, and the company's brand.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with QuickBooks for financial management.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools such as Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Previous administrative or personal assistant experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Develops and executes marketing campaigns to promote construction projects and services by engaging with potential clients and industry partners at events, overseeing promotional materials, coordinating with sales, and analyzing market trends to generate leads and support business growth

Salary Range:
As per Company Norms
