**About the role**:
***Leading and driving Receivables Management in a B2B and B2C arrangement.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:

- Strong track record of driving Receivables Management in a B2B and B2C arrangement
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of the respective revenue streams
- Should be able to lead automation and improvement of respective processes within the vertical
- Person will be expected to drive timely payments and keep the DSO within the ideal range
- Should be well versed with Management Reporting and MIS requirements
- Strong in communication, influencing and negotiating a win-win proposition in driving dispute settlement with Customer
- Close co-ordination with the business team and other Internal stakeholders for timely dispute closures
- Performing timely checks and raising alarms on stuck issues
- Person should possess good analytical skills and should be able to drive process improvements for productivity enhancement
- Person should be able to build a strong relationship and mapping with the Customer to enhance collection efficiency
- Good knowledge of revenue accounting, financial book closures and handling audits
- Expertise in MS Office specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Occasional travel for client interaction in respect of managing receivables will be required
- Person should be able to lead the team and keep them motivated for optimal efficiency.

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**

1. Minimum 10
** years’** experience in collections / Receivables Management

2. Should be well versed with Management Reporting and MIS requirements

3. Strong in communication, influencing and negotiating a win-win proposition in driving dispute settlement with Customer

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

5. Good knowledge of revenue accounting, financial book closures and handling audits

6. Expertise in MS Office specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Word

7. Occasional travel for client interaction in respect of managing receivables will be required.

**Educational Qualification: CA or Full time MBA(Finance) with around 10-15 **years of post-qualification experience.
