E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to handle day-to-day operations of our online business. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth order processing, timely dispatch, accurate reporting, and excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Operations Management
- Monitor incoming orders across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Coordinate with the warehouse or fulfillment team to ensure timely dispatch
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams for stock, packaging, and delivery issues
- Handle daily reconciliation of orders, shipments, and returns
- Maintain and update inventory records

Customer Service & Communication
- Manage and resolve order-related queries, complaints, and refund requests
- Track undelivered/returned orders and follow up with customers or courier partners

Reporting & Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on orders, dispatches, returns, and customer issues
- Share actionable insights and flag operational bottlenecks

Social Media & Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, DMs, and queries on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure timely communication of offers or campaigns
- Escalate critical feedback or issues to the team promptly

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or customer support
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.
- Good command of English and Tamil (spoken & written)
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data handling
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Bonus Points For
- Experience using order management tools like Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar
- Exposure to social media tools and customer support platforms (e.g., Freshdesk, Zoho, Intercom)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
