Job Description:
As a Stained Glass Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our bespoke stained glass products to potential clients. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for artistry, and a proven track record in sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable stained glass solutions.
- **Sales Generation**:

- Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our stained glass products.
- Discuss ,Prepare and present quotes and proposals to potential clients.
- **Custom Design Consultation**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
- Work closely with our design team to create custom stained glass designs that meet clients' specifications.
- **Order Management**:

- Facilitate the order process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of stained glass products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of orders.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the art or home improvement industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge and appreciation of stained glass artistry.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical details about stained glass products.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Art, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in stained glass sales or a related field is a plus.
