**About the role**:
As our first Graphic/ Visual Designer at Fyno, you will be a part of the founding marketing team. You will work closely with the founding team on ensuring that your visual output can fully narrate and justify the majestic, yet simplicity of our product.

You will own the visual/graphic positioning of our brand, right from marketing and sales collaterals to website designs and animations.

**Detailed responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective presentations, decks, and other marketing collateral that accurately convey our company's message and value proposition.
- Develop creative solutions for marketing campaigns and initiatives, using design to drive engagement, and build brand awareness.
- Ensure all designs are visually consistent with the brand and meet the company's design standards.
- Work closely with the product team to create visual aids like user tutorials videos, and infographics for documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to the company's design processes and practices.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Visual/Graphic Design or a related field.
- 4 or more years of experience as a Visual/Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio with stellar work demonstrating creativity and design innovation.
- Prior experience working in B2B SaaS is a bonus.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Webflow, AI driven design tools etc.
- Strong understanding of fundamental design principles, information design, typography, and colour theory.
- Ability to create designs that are visually appealing and effective in communicating complex ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
