Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Setup and Operation**: Set up and operate 5-axis VMC machines according to job specifications, ensuring efficient operation and mínimal downtime.
- **Programming**: Interpret blueprints, CAD files, and work instructions to adjust G-code programs as necessary, ensuring accuracy in machine operations.
- **Tooling and Fixturing**: Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces accurately, selecting appropriate tools for each job to optimize performance.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect and verify finished parts for compliance with specifications using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMMs, etc.) and perform necessary adjustments.
- **Process Monitoring**: Monitor machine performance during operations, identifying and addressing issues such as tool wear, vibrations, or deviations in product quality.
- **Routine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on the VMC machine, including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of materials.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of machining activities, including tool changes, setups, maintenance, and inspection results.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest process improvements and actively participate in initiatives to optimize machining quality, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in CNC machining is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating 5-axis VMCs in a manufacturing or production environment.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- In-depth understanding of G-code programming and CNC operations.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMMs).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine tooling and fixturing.
- Basic knowledge of machining materials and cutting tools for various metals and plastics.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
