Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Plan and implement a variety of learning activities that promote the overall development of children.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans based on the curriculum guidelines.
- Use creative and interactive teaching methods to engage children in learning.
- Incorporate indoor and outdoor activities to support physical development.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Establish and enforce rules to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
- Manage and supervise assistant teachers and aides as necessary.
- **Child Observation and Assessment**:

- Observe and assess each child’s development and learning progress.
- Maintain accurate records of each child’s development, behavior, and learning achievements.
- Prepare progress reports and conduct parent-teacher conferences.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the health and safety of all children by following established procedures and protocols.
- Administer basic first aid and medication as necessary, following school policies.
- Conduct regular safety drills and maintain a safe classroom environment.
- **Professionalism and Development**:

- Stay informed about the latest developments in early childhood education.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrate professionalism in behavior, appearance, and interactions.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- State certification or licensure for teaching preschool (as required by local regulations).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
