- Ability to develop and implement designs in compressed timelines
- Review interactive strategies and recommend and implement improvements
- Involvement in the creation of information architecture elements including sitemaps, wireframes, personas, competitive analyses, and conceptual models
- Participate in the daily process of interactive design and project development
- Continue to stay current with regard to web design trends, tools, and best or emerging practices
- Ensure company needs are properly and efficiently met in given timelines
- Collaborate with Back-End Developers to accomplish shared objectives
- Design visual themes to improve website adoption, usage, and analytics
- Other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX designing (portfolio required).
- Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent understanding of user-experience design for websites and mobile devices.
- Expertise in mobile platform design including Apple’s human interface design guidelines, Android design, and Google Material design.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Expert with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Adobe XD.
- Understand front-end development and the implementation process (no coding required).
