Faculty Member- Pharmacist

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. or M.Pharm degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in pharmacy education
- For Principal position: 4-5 years of experience in an administrative role

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging course materials and lectures
- Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Supervise and mentor students in research projects and internships
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with faculty members on research projects and academic activities
- Engage in community outreach and industry partnerships
- For Principal: Oversee academic programs, faculty development, and departmental administration

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
