Production Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily production activities as per shift schedule
- Monitor extrusion/molding/pipe-laying machines and resolve minor breakdowns
- Maintain quality standards and ensure raw material usage is as per plan
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports
- Ensure safety, discipline, and cleanliness on the shop floor
- Train and guide operators, helpers, and shift workers
- Maintain inventory of consumables and suggest procurement as needed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastic Engineering preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production role (preferably in plastic pipe manufacturing)
- Familiarity with extrusion machines, die-heads, and quality parameters
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Production software)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
