Die Maker

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate, assemble, and fit **progressive dies** used in metal stamping (SS material).
- Perform **die maintenance, sharpening, and repairs** to minimize production downtime.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and blueprints.
- Set up dies on presses during trials and collaborate with press operators to troubleshoot issues.
- Use surface grinders, milling machines, lathes, EDM, and other toolroom machinery.
- Ensure dies meet dimensional and quality standards using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
- Modify dies to improve performance or adapt to design changes.
- Maintain documentation related to die maintenance and modifications.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
