Paytm’s mission is to serve half a billion Indians and bring them to the mainstream economy with the help of technology. - The individual will be responsible for assisting Paytm’s Merchant with the integration of Paytm Payment products. - The individual will be working along with Paytm Product, Tech, and Business Team to understand different product suites and their implementation. - The individual will take ownership of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reported by the merchants. - The individual will take part in meetings/con-call with various internal and external stakeholders involved in the Paytm payment product integration process. - The individual will support the reactive queries and requests being raised by Merchants within an agreed turnaround time and quality standards. - The individual will be responsible for a few operational tasks to manage their daily work via different workflow tools. - The individual must have a good understanding of IT terminology and concepts with up - to-date technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of any coding language. - The individual will be accountable to ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Paytm and Merchants - The individual must have good communications skills and excellent problem-solving skills. - Individual with 1-3 yrs of experience. - Individuals with knowledge of any language (Ex: - PHP,JAVA,ASP.Net, Python, etc) and platform(Windows, Android, Hybrid Apps). - Hands-on experience in debugging the issues for the above-mentioned languages and platforms. - Individuals with experience in platform integrations/Implementation/Solutions team for products and services will be preferred but not mandatory.
