**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients across corporate, leisure, and travel agent segments.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and networking activities to generate leads.
- Coordinate with the banquet and events team to promote MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) business.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Work with digital and social media teams to boost the hotel’s online presence.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Participate in hotel promotions, exhibitions, and industry events.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are fine or minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Chennai hospitality market and corporate network.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
