- Explain diagnoses, treatment options, and prognoses to patients and their families.
- Ensure patients understand their condition and the steps involved in their care.
- **Coordination of Care**:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
- **Monitoring and Follow-up**:

- Regularly monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
