Provide personalized academic and career counselling to students interested in skill-oriented courses.
- Assess students' educational backgrounds, skills, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their career aspirations.
- Conduct informational sessions, workshops, and presentations to promote skill-oriented courses.
- Respond to inquiries from students and parents about program details, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support to help them achieve academic success.
- Identify and address academic challenges and obstacles faced by students.
- Organize and coordinate skill development workshops, seminars, and additional learning opportunities.
- Offer career counselling services, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and job market demands related to skill-oriented courses.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals and employers to facilitate student placements and internships.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, advising sessions, and progress reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on counselling activities, student progress, and program outcomes.
- Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other staff to enhance the overall student experience.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in education, counselling techniques, and industry trends.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and training programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 per week
