**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Food Preparation and Cooking**: Prepare and cook continental dishes, including items like pasta, pizza, steaks, and wraps, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Ensure timely preparation while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Station Management**: Manage a specific station within the kitchen, such as pasta, pizza, grill, or sauté. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, ensuring efficient operation during service hours.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all dishes meet the establishment's standards for taste, presentation, and portion control. Monitor the cooking process to achieve optimal results.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**: Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels of ingredients. Report low stock levels to senior chefs and ensure proper storage to maintain freshness.
- **Hygiene and Safety Compliance**: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members when required.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field.Your
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of related work experience in continental cuisine.
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication and teamwork skills
