Bakery Chef

**1. Education and Training**
- Formal education not always required, but a **diploma or certification** in culinary arts or baking is preferred.
- **On-the-job training** or apprenticeships are common.

**2. Experience**
- Usually **2-5 years** of baking experience, including bread, pastries, cakes, etc.
- Experience in **commercial kitchens or bakeries** is often required.

- **Baking techniques** (mixing, proofing, decorating, etc.)
- Knowledge of **food safety and hygiene** standards
- **Creativity** in designing new baked goods
- **Attention to detail** and precision
- **Time management** and ability to multitask

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
