**General Manager - Sales (Real Estate)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
**Team Leadership**: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
**Business Development**: Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and lead-generation channels.
**Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, and channel partners.
**Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
**Channel Partner Management**: Expand and strengthen the broker and agent network for enhanced sales outreach.
**Negotiation & Deal Closure**: Lead high-value negotiations, finalize deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
**CRM & Reporting**: Track sales data, generate performance reports, and ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and CRM teams.
**Brand Representation**: Act as the face of the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ **Experience**: 10+ years in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
✔ **Education**: MBA/Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing large teams.
✔ **Leadership Skills**: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
✔ **Negotiation & Communication**: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
✔ **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making.
✔ **Market Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of Raipur’s real estate market, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
