**Job Summary**:
Group Concorde is seeking an experienced Executive in Credit Control to assist in managing the credit control processes for our airline partners and group companies. The role involves ensuring timely collections, managing payment discrepancies, and supporting finance operations across our Pan India and Overseas branches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitor IATA CSR Payments**:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of IATA CSR payments for airlines like China Airlines, LOT Polish, FedEx, Korean Air, United Airlines, Aerolineas Argentinas, and others across India and Overseas branches.
- **Collections & Reporting**:
Support reporting on collections and pending receivables to the Business Head and Vice President, ensuring transparency in financial health.
- **Client & Branch Interaction**:
Coordinate with clients, branches, and the HO Finance team to ensure timely collections and address any discrepancies in payments.Assist in organizing timely dispatch of invoices and ensure branches receive updated receivables lists from the Finance team.Work closely with the Finance team to report on short collections or discrepancies, providing prompt solutions for resolution.Prepare and assist in sending reports to management regarding outstanding payments, client exposure, and payment patterns as required.Liaise with branches and agents to ensure the timely update of systems (GCCS) and resolve any system issues in collaboration with the IT team.Work with branch and airport staff to ensure smooth and timely completion of CSR and invoice processes in the system.Assist with client communications regarding TDS, GST, and other tax matters, especially during annual audits and IT return filings.Help monitor and set client credit limits based on business volume and payment history, negotiate payment plans, and resolve discrepancies.Assist the Legal team with reporting and resolving legal cases related to credit control, including handling any documentation or follow-up required.**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in credit control or a similar role, preferably within the aviation or logistics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with financial systems like GCCS and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
