Role And Responsibilities
- Manages organization level initiatives, ensuring that deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and objectives are achieved
- Assist Chairman to review organization & leadership performance against defined KPIs and organization health (pulse)
- Lead and coordinate high priority/special projects and initiatives on behalf of the Chairman, collaborating with stakeholders across departments to drive successful outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with the Chairman's strategic objectives and promote organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify potential risks, manage change and address stakeholder concerns within internal programs, to drive leadership buy-in & ensure successful implementation
- Work closely with external consultants/stakeholders and other financial services partners to prepare ensure effective implementation of long-term incentive plans for N-1 & N-2 roles
- Manage resource allocation for special programs, including budgeting, staffing, and procurement, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in achieving program objectives
- Drive organizational growth through leadership development and talent management strategies for executive operations
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's degree - BBA / B.Tech / B.Com
- Master’s Degree - MBA - Added Advantage
- 6+ years of experience in business strategy or management consulting
- Project management
- Stakeholder management
- Resource management
