We are seeking a skilled Server Administrator to join our dynamic team in Lonavala. As a Server Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our server infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Server Management**: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers, including ILO access management and storage management.
- **Data Center Operations**: Manage both physical and virtual data center infrastructure, including networking devices like cables, switches, and firewalls, to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.
- **Backup and Disaster Recovery**: Implement and oversee robust backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical systems and ensure business continuity.
- **Network Security**: Configure and manage network devices and services, including firewalls, WAN switches, L2 switches, Core switches, and management switches, enforce user permissions, and implement security best practices to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
- **Documentation and Notification**: Maintain thorough documentation of server configurations, processes, and data center operations, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage alert notifications to ensure timely responses.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience as a Server Administrator in a data center environment.
- Strong understanding of server hardware and configuration.
- Proven expertise in server security best practices.
- Proficiency in server monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in Smart City and Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS) projects is a plus.
