We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, mature, and highly motivated Admission Officer/Course Counselor to enrich our Bangalore team. Your mission? To connect with aspiring students, share the rich tapestry of our design programs, and navigate them smoothly through the process of becoming a part of our creative community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with prospective students and their families to provide comprehensive information about our programs in Interior Design and Fashion Design.
- Advising potential leads on course selection based on their interests and career aspirations.
- Managing the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrolment.
- Conducting follow-ups with potential leads to ensure maximum admissions.
- Representing Cindrebay School of Design at educational fairs, seminars, and other promotional events.
- Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada. Knowledge of Tamil and Telugu is desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admission targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse student populations.
- Proficiency in managing data and using admission-related software.
