- Logistics Executive|min 1 Yr|salary Upto 2.8 Lpa|punePune

Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures;
Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors;
Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Companys procedures and requirements;
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams;
Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy;
Build and maintain good relationships with vendors;
Maintain the management of supplier return packaging;
Provide constructive feedback;
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
Manage the implementation of engineering changes, production trials, model change and pilot build ensuring robust product life cycles;
Suggest solutions for process improvements;
Train new workers in the operating procedures and standards of the organization;
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts (stock take); reconciling with data storage system;
Prioritise and assign tasks to ensure that the resources are used effectively and targets are met;
Implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement.
