**Job Title: Phlebotomist cum Pharma Aid**

**Location**: Bangalore (Hesaraghatta), Shimogga, Davangere

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reporting To**: Pharmacy Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Phlebotomy & Sample Collection (Morning Shift)**
- Collect blood and other pathology samples from patients at their homes as per assigned schedule.
- Ensure hygienic, safety, and standardized collection methods.
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
- Educate patients about sample collection procedures and answer their queries courteously.

**2. Pharmacy Assistance (Post Collection Shift)**
- Support in daily pharmacy operations including handling, packaging, and dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
- Assist walk-in customers with basic queries and medicine pickup.
- Ensure cleanliness and stock organization in the pharmacy area.

**3. Medicine Delivery (Throughout the Day as Required)**
- Deliver prescribed medicines to patients at their doorstep in nearby areas.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery with proper customer communication.
- Collect payments (if any) and maintain delivery logs.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in Phlebotomy
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations.
- Valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle (fuel allowance will be provided).
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, especially in the mornings and early evenings.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in phlebotomy or pathology labs.
- Familiarity with local routes and area.
- Good Communication skills, Kannada language speaking is Mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
