Position: Receptionist For Education Institute
Location: Dum Dum, West Bengal
Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled and friendly receptionist to join our education institute. As the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
3. Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
4. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
5. Provide information about the institute's programs, events, and policies to visitors.
6. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth communication and operations.
7. Maintain a log of visitors and handle security procedures for entry and exit.

**Qualifications**:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
5. Knowledge of educational programs and services is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹96,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
