**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense prescribed medicines accurately to inpatients and outpatients as per physician orders.
- Handle **Medivision software** for pharmacy operations including billing, stock management, and reporting.
- Maintain proper inventory of **medicines, surgical items, and tablets** ensuring stock availability and expiry checks.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines as per standard protocols.
- Maintain daily records of medicine issues, returns, and stock movement.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for medicine procurement and maintain documentation.
- Provide information to patients on dosage, usage, and side effects of prescribed drugs when required.
- Participate in **ward stock management** and emergency medicine preparedness.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and pharmacy policies and regulatory standards.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **Medivision Software** for pharmacy operations.
- Good knowledge of **surgical items, tablets, and general medicines**.
- Basic understanding of **drug interactions, contraindications, and dosages**.
- Experience in handling **hospital pharmacy operations**.

**Computer & System Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MIS reporting** and daily pharmacy data tracking.
- Good command of **Microsoft Excel** for maintaining purchase and inventory records.
- Familiarity with **hospital pharmacy purchase processes**.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **D. Pharma** from a recognized institute.
- Valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** working in a **hospital pharmacy** setup.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
