**Position Overview**: Top Rankers is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Academic Counselor specializing in counseling for entrance exams such as CAT (Common Admission Test) and IPM (Integrated Program in Management). As an Academic Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting students through the challenging journey of preparing for these highly competitive MBA entrance exams.

**Responsibilities**:
**Student Guidance**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students aspiring to excel in CAT and IPM exams.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, goals, and challenges to tailor counseling sessions accordingly.
- Advise students on the most effective study strategies, time management, and exam-taking techniques.

**Course Recommendation**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the CAT and IPM exams.
- Recommend suitable courses, study materials, and resources offered by Top Rankers to meet students' specific needs.
- Assist students in choosing the right study plan based on their strengths and weaknesses.

**Communication**:

- Address inquiries related to exam patterns, syllabus, and Top Rankers' educational offerings.
- Provide timely updates on exam notifications, important dates, and changes in the exam structure.

**Feedback and Improvement**:
Gather feedback from students regarding course content, teaching methods, and overall experience.
- Collaborate with the content development team to relay feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of study materials.

**Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor students' progress and performance through periodic assessments and mock tests.
- Analyze results to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall student success rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the CAT and IPM exam patterns and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous counseling or teaching experience is highly desirable.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
