**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and adapt quickly
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or a related field are a plus
