**Role: Automotive Trims Seating System**

**Job Purpose**

The purpose of this job is to design trims and seats for 3W vehicles

**Key Responsibilities**
- Must be able to develop and drive continuous improvement and high performance within the team
- Must be able to generate ideas for better performance, quality improvement, cost reduction drive innovation
- Responsible for designing and developing automotive seating systems and components aligning with the ergonomics and seating standards
- Proficient in Plastic/Trim Part design of various parts such as fender, fairing assembly, seats etc. and do virtual simulation for part design, reporting takeaways from it
