We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative, Global Tax Management to join our BNY Pershing team. This role is in Chennai

**_Responsibilities: _**
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Daily responsibilities include the reconciliation of securities between the cost basis system and books and records and interpretation of corporate action terms for cost basis.
- Review of cost basis, unrealized/realized gains and losses on monthly statements.
- Interaction with other internal Pershing departments such as corporate actions, mutual funds, and account transfers. Some departmental testing.
- Should be good team player and flexible to adopt the business requirement.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in financial security type and their processing.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
