**Job Summary**:
Responsible role-holder in Manufacturing process and supervise dispensing, sifting, blending, wet/dry granulation, tableting & coating and general activities as per the procedure and cGMP standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- To plan, organize and co-ordinate dispensing, sifting, blending, wet/dry granulation, tableting, coating and general activities in manufacturing.
- To achieve production schedules as per plan.
- To review Batch record (MMaR), validation protocols, CPV, trail/Optimization, Placebo batches.
- To handle production aids and product usage decision at different stage of manufacturing.
- To execute continuous improvement in the manufacturing process, equipment and instrument after training.
- To maintain cleanliness and housekeeping with proper status lableing procedure.
- Execution of written procedure mentioned in MMaR, SOP’s, Protocol instructions.
- To prepare daily reports of production activities and daily meetings.
- Responsible for Calibration / Preventive maintenance of the Equipments/Instruments is done as per the schedule and status verified.
- Handling of manpower as per requirement.
- Co-ordinate and organize cross functional departments training and meeting.
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.

- Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education
- Minimum degree in B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) & Good Documentation Practices.
- Efficient communication, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
- Adequate knowledge to understand the written procedures and policies.
