**Responsibilities**
- **Promote Digital Marketing Services**: Engage with potential clients to introduce and explain our digital marketing solutions, highlighting their benefits and features.
- **Fix Appointments**: Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring efficient time management and a seamless transition.
- **Data Management**: Efficiently handle and organize client data, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects all interactions and transactions.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Collect feedback from clients and report it to the team to improve our services and approach.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Proven experience in telecalling and tele sales, preferably within the digital marketing sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and appointments efficiently.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable with CRM software and other telecommunication tools.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to different client needs and tailor communication strategies accordingly.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Driven by targets and goals, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
