**Role and Responsibility**:
1. Engagement and Research

a. Engagement with School Principals, Educators, and Students to understand needs

and devise relevant & customized training, operation plans, assessments, etc

b. Research and Documentation of latest developments in Values, Life-Skills & SEL,

Teacher Training

2. Content Development

a. Design Foundational Training Programs for first-time and seasoned educators on

Effective Values, Life-Skills & SEL Education Delivery as per Val-Ed Model

b. Develop Content for training material

c. Design Training Lessons Plans on a variety of training topics

d. Design Training Calendars as per client & Val-Ed model

e. Develop short sessions for promotion and relationship-building for schools

f. Design assessments to understand program impact

3. Training and Delivery

a. Deliver Training on a variety of topics related to Values, Life-Skills, and SEL

Education

b. Training Educators to deliver 40 min lesson plans, 60-75 min events to students,

teachers, and parents

4. Educator Management

b. Support the growth and development of empaneled educators and schools

improve their individual performances and self-fulfillment, address learning-oriented challenges by collaborating with content and program department

c. Design and oversee the administering of Continuous Quality Educator Assessments

5. Operations

a. Oversee creation and maintenance of Educator Profiles, Surveys, Project Reports,

Educator Class Trackers & Peer-Reviews

b. Play a key role in expansion planning for all programs of Val-Ed

c. Preparing and Adhering to Operational Budgets and Human-Resource Budgets for

all Training Programs of Val-Ed

6. Team Building

basis to support educator development

b. Work closely with the Curriculum & Innovations Team for co-creating program

objectives, design, and assessment

Qualifications:
1. Post Graduate with a degree from a recognized university

2. Prior experience in teaching, training, facilitating, or counseling both children and adults in

educational institutions

3. Must have at least 5 years / 200 hours experience of training on at least one of the

following - Values Education/Life Skills Education/Well-Being/Social Emotional

Learning/Character Education

4. Ability to train innovatively and effectively through both online & offline mediums

5. Exception ability in educational research and learning new teaching tools / educational

pedagogies

6. Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in fast-paced and result-driven

manner

7. High level of written and spoken proficiency in English, Kannada and Hindi

8. Skills in MS Office (word, excel, PPT, etc), online tools such as Google Drive, google sheets,

forms, etc.), video and audio tools (Zoom, Google Hangouts, Teams, etc)

9. Initiative, adaptability, and willingness to go beyond your specific roles and tasks, whenever

required

10. Thinking and problem-solving skills - assessing situations, identifying problems and

solutions, analyzing, innovating, etc.

11. Team player with collaborative aptitude, ability to receive and incorporate feedback

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
