**Roles & Responsibilities**

Acknowledging the mail once we get the complete details

Call them once the query is sent and understand the query status

Amendments as per the requirements & Follow up

Getting confirmations with all details

Coordination with reservations to get the hotels confirmed

Confirming initially with the Agent with Tentative itinerary

Making all the in-formations available for operation team

Supporting Accounts in collecting the full payment on time

Final confirmation with Itinerary to the Agent D-3

Overall coordination within the team

Updating the google sheet regularly for the follow up with agent as well as sales person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
