Production Supervisor

**About the job**

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Production supervisor to join the team
- the main objective being to oversee production and department specific operations to ensure quality dispatch and that safety standards are met and thus the operations are organized efficiently.

They should ensure the maintenance of the facility at the highest level of compliance and cleanliness and ensure operating procedures are executed as per all regulations. They are to provide direct supervision and coaching to the front-line employees and promote an open and collaborative work environment. Scheduling and allocating daily work assignments to employees and ensuring all necessary resources are available for employees to perform at the highest safety and quality levels are also the major duties of the production supervisor.

**Responsibilities of a Production **Supervisor**:

- Attending daily production meeting at 9.15 a.m. and coordinating with various departments to ensure the materials have been processed and dispatched to the Customer as per the scheduled plan.
- Prepare and communicate the operational objectives to achieve department strategy, specifically around Quality, Safety, and Operational Efficiency. Thus also develop and provide periodic reports on operating metrics and improvement initiatives.
- Review operating staff performance regularly and continually work toward enhancing the performance of individuals and thus the overall work team. Also, ensure personnel are properly trained.
- Updation of daily, weekly, and monthly production details.
- Must adhere to all compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements.
- Arrange vehicles, dispatch materials, and obtain the receipt of confirmation of materials at the client’s premises.
- Acts as an advisor to a unit or sub-units and becomes actively involved as required to meet schedules and resolve problems.
- Identify all issues in the team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on an everyday basis.
- Coordinate with equipment and process teams ensure compliance with all protocols and maintain product quality.
- Manage and prioritize all production processes and implement all production plans.
- Prepare necessary paperwork and administer all invoices on a spreadsheet and maintain records of all documents.
- Analyze staffing requirements and ensure efficient compliance with production schedules and budgets for all production processes.
- Maintain and provide support to all 5-S programs and prepare training programs for all status boards.
- Coordinate with accounts departments to print sales invoices by providing necessary details like Transport Details, location, Customer, etc.
- Ensure materials have been delivered to the customer in due time and hand over invoice, LR receipts and Debit Notes if any, to the Accounts Department.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

**Education**Diplomama/ graduate in relevant field

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
