Digital Publishing Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for digital publishing projects.
- Work with editorial and design teams to ensure content is optimized for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with production and technology teams to ensure digital files are developed according to specifications and standards.
- Ensure quality control of all digital files and resolve any technical issues.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues, proactively addressing them as needed.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Track and report on project performance metrics, including timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure delivery of quality work and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital publishing and technology.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in publishing, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital publishing or project management.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of digital publishing platforms and file formats, including ePub, PDF, and HTML.
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and XML.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
