**Job Description**:
SpiritMasters, a leading company in the field of video production and content creation, is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor and Videographer to join our team in Noida. As a Video Editor and Videographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing and editing high-quality videos that align with our brand and meet our clients' needs.

**Responsibilities**:
Capture and record high-quality video footage for various projects, including corporate videos, advertisements, events, and other video content.

Edit raw video footage to produce visually appealing and engaging videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and ensure that the final video aligns with the established vision.

Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and sound effects to enhance the overall quality and impact of the videos.

Trim and rearrange footage, add transitions, music, and other elements to create a cohesive and seamless final product.

Ensure that the video content is optimized for various platforms and devices, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the editing process.

Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and videography to continuously improve the quality of our work.

Organize and maintain video files, ensuring proper storage, backup, and easy accessibility.

Collaborate with the production team during shoots, providing creative input and technical expertise to ensure optimal results.

Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Video Editor and Videographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity.

Proficiency in using industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Sound knowledge of videography techniques, including camera operation, composition, lighting, and audio recording.

Familiarity with various video formats, codecs, and exporting requirements for different platforms.

Ability to understand and interpret client briefs and project requirements to deliver videos that meet their expectations.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the creative team and clients.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during the editing process.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
