**Work Time**: 10:00Pm-7:00Am

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients in the US market and drive sales through effective communication.
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and report daily activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a **US sales process**.
- Excellent **English communication** skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work effectively in **night shifts** aligned with US time zones.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals successfully.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
