**Salary**: ₹30,000 per month + Performance Bonus

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Zoho CRM + Shopify
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent results.
- Handle floor operations and provide real-time support to team members.
- Track and analyze data through **MIS reports and Excel**.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and team spirit on the floor.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **MIS and Excel** reporting.
- Proficient in computer operations and documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Ability to monitor, guide, and motivate sales staff.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in any field (MBA/PG in Management will be a plus).
- **2-4 years of experience** in sales monitoring, team handling, or floor management.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or call center operations preferred.
