1. Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- 2. Assist to develop the ERP system.
- 3. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- 4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity.
- 6. Install, configure, and maintain backup and recovery systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
- 7. Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures.
- 8. Monitor and maintain inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
- 9. Conduct periodic system audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- 10. Document and update IT procedures, user guides, and knowledge base articles for reference and training purposes.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per month
