**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Teaching Psychology following the CBSE curriculum.
- Preparing detailed lesson plans, notes, and study materials for effective teaching.
- Evaluating student performance through regular assessments, quizzes, and exams.
- Creating study materials, such as notes, worksheets, and question banks, to support student learning.
- Providing counseling and guidance to students on academic, personal, and career-related issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
- Preparing reports on student performance, progress, and other academic matters.
- Attending departmental meetings, staff meetings, and other school events as required.
- Staying updated on the latest developments in Psychology and education, attending workshops, conferences, and training programs.
- Supervising student activities, such as projects, presentations, and events, related to Psychology.
- Contributing to the development and revision of the Psychology curriculum, ensuring it meets CBSE standards.
- Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to promote interdisciplinary learning and projects.
- Staying updated on current educational trends, research, and best practices through professional development activities.

- Expertise in teaching Psychology to senior secondary students, with the ability to design engaging lesson plans and assessments.
