Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
- Maintain billing records and follow up on payments
- Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and office coordination
- Maintain and update client databases and vendor records
- Coordinate with accounts for reconciliation and reports
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in admin and billing roles
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
