Job Title: Blasting & Painting Supervisor

Reports to: Operations Manager/Production Manager

Location: Goa Shipyard Ltd. _Vasco_ da gama, Goa - 403 802

Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Blasting & Painting Supervisor to oversee and manage blasting and painting operations, ensuring high-quality results, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.

3. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards.

4. Manage and maintain equipment, supplies, and materials.

5. Train and develop team members to improve skills and performance.

6. Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and production targets.

7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

8. Investigate and resolve quality control issues, defects, or customer complaints.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 3+ years of experience in blasting and painting operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

3. Strong knowledge of blasting and painting techniques, materials, and equipment.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification in blasting and painting operations (e.g., NACE, SSPC).

2. Experience working in a shipyard, construction, or industrial setting.

3. Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
