**Job Summary**
Site supervision of Repair work carried out by labors in Building Repair work

( Not New Construction).

Working Hours : 8 : 30 am to 6 : 30 Pm.

4 days holiday in a month

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SITE MANAGER**:
**1. Labour management**:

- To understand and inform the number of labours required for particular job.
- To understand and inform number of skilled and unskilled labour required according to the job.
- To ensure that the labours start the work on time.

**2. Material management**:

- To assess and inform/place order for required material for various jobs involved in the project.
- To ensure that the material required for a particular job is present on site before commencement of the job.
- To keep daily record of material in and material out.To check the technical specifications of the materials.
- Collection of small materials like brush, roller etc from labours after completion of job or collecting at one point at the end of the day.

**3. Quality assessment**:

- To check the quality of material before using which includes checking its expiry date, whether there is any defect in the material etc.
- To check and use all the technical requirement for using the material which includes dilution percentage used in paints, quantity of polymer chemical to be used etc.

To make sure that work is carried out as per Good SOP
- To keep the site neat and clean and ensuring that there is no breeding of mosquitoes.

**4. Finance & Data entry**:

- To keep an record of all site expenses under various bifurcation (on daily basis):
a. Material cost

b. Labour cost

c. Miscellaneous cost
- To keep a record of all labour salaries and advance given to the labours.
- To keep a material register on site to keep a record of material incomings and outgoings.
- Complaint register shall be kept on site and complaints of clients shall be filled and resolved and their status should be updated to office on weekly basis.
- To maintain regular attendance of labours.
- To maintain all the locks of labour target given to labours.
- To take all the measurements on site and updating the same to office.

**5. Co-ordination & Planning**:

- To identify the scope of work before commencement of site and updating the requirements to the office.

To cordinate with client and do all measurement of work carried out on site.
- To co-ordinate with various stake holders for various needs on day to day basis so that no work should hamper on site.
- Tomorrow’s work which is to be done should be planned today itself.
- To prepare proper detailed schedule chart as per the work progress (for 10 days).

**6. Safety equipment’s**:

- To ensure that there are sufficient safety equipments present on site for the labours as per the need of work.
- To ensure that all the labours are properly wearing safety gears before proceeding to work.To collect all the safety equipments from the labours at the end of job/day.
- To identify and eliminate health and safety hazard on site

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
