**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Commi 3, specializing in South Indian cuisine. As a Commi 3, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen operations, contributing to the creation of authentic South Indian dishes, and ensuring high-quality culinary offerings for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Execute and assist in the preparation of South Indian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- **Cooking**: Handle various cooking techniques and methods specific to South Indian cuisine, ensuring the flavors, textures, and presentation meet our quality standards.
- **Kitchen Support**: Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow, keeping the kitchen area clean and organized.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients, ensuring freshness and adherence to culinary standards.
- **Adherence to Guidelines**: Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, as well as portion control guidelines to minimize waste.

**Requirements**:

- **Culinary Skills**: Demonstrated expertise in South Indian cuisine with a strong understanding of traditional cooking techniques, spice combinations, and flavors.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on South Indian cuisine.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, taking direction from senior chefs and contributing positively to the team.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing menus and priorities, with a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
- **Passion for Food**: Genuine passion for South Indian cuisine and a desire to contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
