**Responsibilities**:

- Extended effort towards work so as the get desired design results achieving clients' briefs and Firms' Design Fundamentals.
- To work efficiently, quickly, and productively while striving for excellence.
- Prioritizing and goal setting related to the work assigned.
- Take the brief to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
- To handle a project from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
- To prepare Architectural design, presentations, and working drawings.
- To understand and deliver architecture/MEP parameters of a project and spatial planning and efficient coordination with different consultants and vendors.
- Should constantly look for innovation and creativity while maintaining the design principles of the firm for every new project.
- Focus on Firms goals and consistently deliver required business results.
- Keeps self-aware and learned of global trends in design and industry and actively stays updated on local industry trends and materials.
- Sets high standards of excellence for self and work towards the team, contributing to research papers and social media
- Acknowledges the importance of continuous research and sets both quantitative and qualitative benchmarks for excellence
- Visit construction sites to collect Work reports the ability to solve execution concerns, and coordinate.
- Explain drawings and design intent to the site and client.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
