**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth within the assigned district(s).
- Manage channel sales effectively by generating leads and converting them into successful sales.
- Execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive product sales.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with dealers, customers, and key influencers.
- Resolve customer issues and handle complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Work independently with a results-driven approach to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Experience & Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel, cement, or paint industry.

Pay: ₹9,070.83 - ₹26,977.74 per month
