**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Strong design and creativity with excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Preparation of design concepts, space planning. layouts on CAD.
- Basic 3D development on sketchup
- Services planning and drawing (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Furniture drawings and selections with furnishings
- Provide FF&E research, selections, budgeting, BOQs and design presentations including material board and finishes schedule.
- Selection of materials with the technical specs
- Proficient in developing and producing design packages from concept through to construction detailing and specification.
- Coordination with vendors and manufacturers.
- Manage overall budget, schedules, FF&E shop drawings & general submittals and coordination on interior projects.
- Including managing the project team, consultants, suppliers at all stages from concept design through to post-site operations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Excel. Basic sketch up and, 3D MAX is beneficial
- Aware of the complete process of Interior Design, Detailing and Execution of the project.
- Creative and diligent in work
- Should be able to manage the projects and vendors on site
- Proficient in AutoCAD

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:
