The Data Entry Executive is responsible for developing high-quality educational materials for both print and digital use. These materials include textbooks, workbooks, assessments, digital content, and promotional items. The position requires strong skills in desktop publishing, sharp attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design and layout suited to educational content for different grade levels.

**Main Duties**:

- Must have accurate and proficient typing skills in **both Malayalam and English**.
- Create and format a variety of educational content such as textbooks, user manuals, tests, and presentations while following predefined templates and branding or client instructions.
- Use desktop publishing software such as **Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW** to accurately arrange text, images, tables, and graphics.
- Maintain uniformity in design and typography by following style guides and academic formatting rules.
- Prepare print-ready files with appropriate resolution, margins, bleed, and color settings for printing processes.
- Modify content for different regions or languages as required.
- Make revisions to existing layouts based on input from editorial, design, or production teams.
- Create and format digital content, including optimized PDFs, interactive documents, and eBooks.
- Maintain a well-organized file system for all versions of project files, from initial drafts to final versions.
- Perform basic editing of images to enhance clarity and visual appeal.
- Complete assignments within set deadlines while meeting quality and production standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
