Autocad Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Draft and Design**: Create detailed, accurate, and clear AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, elevation views, sections, and details for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, project managers, and engineers to review project requirements and translate concepts into technical drawings.
- **Site Analysis**: Review site plans and evaluate building conditions to produce accurate designs that meet both project specifications and local building codes.
- **Design Revisions**: Incorporate feedback from the design team and stakeholders to modify plans and drawings to meet project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all drawings and documents are free from errors and maintain a high standard of quality control.
- **3D Modeling**: Assist in creating 3D models, if required, to help visualize architectural concepts and design intent.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation, ensuring that all files are up to date and easily accessible.
- **Construction Support**: Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and provide support during the construction phase as needed.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up to date with industry trends, new AutoCAD tools, and real estate regulations to ensure cutting-edge and compliant designs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
